Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2016 in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 353 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on account of nonfulfillment of illegal money demanded by the informant. The petitioner has never assaulted the informant rather he has been assaulted and abused by the informant and other. The petitioner is languishing in custody for more than nine months.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16867 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S.
