The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 5.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8722 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 5 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter considering the resolution dated 08.01.2016 contained in Memo no. 163, passed by the Secretary (Expenditure) Finance Department, Patna.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
