JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 In view of the decision rendered in Annexure-9 with a clear statement about the status of the petitioner not participating in the examination the previous direction issued by the Court in C.W.J.C.No.17424 of 2008 has been carried out. The reason emerging from Annexure-9 has been duly supported in the detailed counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in favour of the petitioner for publication of the result of Certificate in Physical Education supposedly held in the year 1994 of which the petitioner claims to be a student but was not.

Writ application is dismissed.
