2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner with the help of other co-accused, is said to have kidnapped the wife of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17112 of 2025 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. In this case charge has already been framed on 01.05.2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62434 of 2025(3) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Saran, Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S.
