Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report is against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of coaccused. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2013 but he has not been put on T.I.P.

Having considered the fact that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional
