2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that on 06.02.2024 at about 10 AM when the informant's sister Shila Kumari was going for worship to Brahm Asthaan, all the accused persons arrived and it is specifically alleged against this petitioner that he assaulted with iron rod to the informant. It is also alleged that the hand was fractured due to assault with lathi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is also a counter version of this case which was filed earlier than this case. It has also been submitted that the nature

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, East Champaran, Motihari.
