2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 15.06.2017, as contained in Annexure-6 to the writ petition passed by the respondent no. 4, in Mutation Miscellaneous Case No. 05 of 2017, in favour of the respondent no. 5, with respect to the land, in question.

3. While assailing the aforenoted order, various plea has been taken and categorically averred that on being aggrieved by the order passed by the Circle Officer, the petitioner has preferred appeal bearing no. 115 of 2017-18,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8912 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 before the respondent no. 3 (Deputy Collector of Land Reforms, Hajipur, Vaishali).

4. Learned Advocate for the State referring to the averments made in the writ petition contended that prima facie, the writ petition appears to be misconceived, as the petitioner cannot be allowed to avail two parallel remedy.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue his statutory remedy, as available to the petitioner. (Harish Kumar, J) shivank/- U
