This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Thirty cartons of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner who is in custody since 10.12.2016. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 562 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, or successor Court.
