=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
On 08.10.2015, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for him to file substitution petition as the Court was informed that the sole petitioner had died.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the son has been informed but there has been no response from his part. From the aforesaid position, it appears that the heirs of the sole petitioner are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, the petitioner's heirs are at liberty to pursue the matter with the authorities concerned. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar U T
