JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Roh P.S. Case No.60 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 307, 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that the brother of the informant set up some persons and on his order, one accused Dharamjit Ravidas shot at him and snatched away his bag and two miscreants Tulsi Yadav and Dharamjit Ravidas apprehended at the spot and others were escaped away.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and only specific allegation of shooting at the informant is against Dharamjit Ravidas and except the disclosure of name of the petitioner by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11467 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Dharamjit Ravidas and another co-accused, there is no material against him. He has been in custody since 2.1.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sujit Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.60 of 2016.
