2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have participated in the crime and he had threatened the victim by using a pistol. Rs. 5 Lakh was looted from the C.S.P/Victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
