2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lakhanour P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, G.R. No. 978 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, one country-made pistol and one live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. During course of investigation, no independent witness has supported the

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, G.R. No. 978 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
