This application has been filed for modification of order dated 8.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61288 of 2018 with regard to extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court concerned.

It appears that vide order dated 8.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61288 of 2018, the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of the aforesaid order, was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 pending in the court of Sri S.K.Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56121 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 Araria, but for the reasons, mentioned in this application, she could not surrender before the court concerned within the stipulated period.

Let the period of surrender of the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case before the court concerned be extended for a further period of four weeks from today. In the aforesaid manner, Cr. Misc. No. 56121 of 2019 stands disposed of.
