The petitioner is figured as an accused in Chakiya P.S. Case No.327 of 2013 wherein he is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. ABP No.2574 of 2013 filed by the petitioner in the Court of 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran was dismissed on 16.06.2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The crime alleged against the petitioner is serious one. The arrest of the petitioner is very much essential for investigation of the case.
