The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has earlier filed divorce suit bearing Matrimonial Case No. 391 of 2020, the said suit was admitted and the informant has also appeared in the said suit, as contained in Annexure-4 to the bail petition.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60777 of 2022(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
