The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 N.I. Act.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation leveled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the complainant has not any chit of paper to show that he had given money to the

Vide order dated 08.07.2022 the petitioner has been granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.07.2022, in connection with Complaint Case No.383 of 2019, is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
