2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction in the nature mandamus to the respondents to grant benefits under the ACP and MACP to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that relating to all matters of service and service benefits including grant of ACP and MACP Special Rule has been framed by the Government, namely, the Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019 under

Patna High Court CWJC No.14120 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 which the petitioner ought to file the complaint.

4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019 and file representation within thirty days before the respondent concerned, who shall take a decision in this matter within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with representation.
