Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 427, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that an auto rickshaw dashed the car of the informant. On protest being made petitioner Jitendra Kumar and co-accused Mukesh Kumar damaged the car of the informant. It is also alleged that petitioner No. 1 snatched the chain and petitioner No. 2 snatched cash of rupees thirty five thousand of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled when a complaint was filed from the accused side on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36775 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 02.06.2015.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
