Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No.600 of 2019 registered under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. During investigation, none of the witnesses have supported the factum of occurrence, accordingly, the police submitted final form exonerating the petitioners from the case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62539 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.600 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
