JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the State Government under Section 48(1) of The Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands claimed by the petitioners, which have already been acquired in the year 2007 for the purposes of establishment of Thermal Power Station at Chausa in the district of Buxar. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that, if such a petition is filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.18622 of 2013 (6) dt.28-03-2016 on behalf of the petitioners within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law. The petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all the issues of facts and law before the competent authority with respect to the claims raised by them.
