This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of dacoity of cash at the petrol pump is against unknown criminals. The petitioner was remanded in this from another criminal case on 12.08.2016 merely suspicion and confessional statement of co-accused.

Submission of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is accused in some other cases also, however, in most of the cases he is not named in the first information report. Up-till now the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16386 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or successor Court. Both the bailors shall be local residents, having immovable property, within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court below.
