2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the Case No. 19 of 2022 is filed under "The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007" which is pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Katihar.

The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Katihar is directed to dispose of the Case No. 19 of 2022 within a month from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order after hearing all the concerned parties including the lawyer of the parties and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Katihar will not insist for the personal appearance of the parties.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to District Magistrate, Katihar through FAX and e-mail for its compliance.
