JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.08.2013 in a case registered under section 395 and 412 of the Indian penal Code and earlier petitioner approached this Court for grant of regular bail but his prayer for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2108 of 2014. The co-ordinate Bench of this Court while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner granted liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody. The petitioner has come before this Court on the ground that he has already completed more than one year in custody in connection with Turkauliya ( Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 417. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37786 of 2014 (5) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya ( Banjariya) P.S.
