08-03-2017 Sri Gautam Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Ranjit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent/Patna Municipal Corporation, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, in terms of order dated 25-08-2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16054 of 2008 & other connected writ petitions.

Sri Pandey, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that the Municipal Corporation will examine the case and if petitioner's case stands on similar footing, then appropriate order may be passed.

The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of order

Patna High Court CWJC No.18845 of 2008 (4) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 dated 25-08-2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16054 of 2008 & other connected with petitions as well as granting liberty to the Municipal Corporation to examine the case of petitioner on similarity and pass appropriate order.
