The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner caught hold the informant, dragged into the house and made attempt to ravish her. Subsequently, the sons of the petitioner entered into the house of the informant then the informant ran to take shelter in the house of Ganga Mistry where she was chased and assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no injury report on the record, hence, the accusation of dragging by the petitioner gets clouded. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33112 of 2015 (02) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is the agnate of the petitioner and subsequently petitioner side also lodged case against the informant side. Considering the nature of accusation and he petitioner being the agnate of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
