Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "Thst this instant writ petition has been filed under appropriate writ by nature "MANDAMUS" against the Respondent no. 1 that is Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Regulator and against the Respondent no. 2,3,4, & 5(SAHARA GROUP) in general as SEBI had friezed the assets of Respondent no. 2,3,4, &5 in obligation of the Order passed by the HON'BLE APEX COURT by which against the two schemes launched by the Respondents no.2,3,4,&5 (SAHARA GROUP) viz. Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Ltd.(SIRCEL) and Sahara Housing Investment Corporation Ltd. (SHICL), still the Regulator SEBI had over Rs. 19,000 crores in escrow account of SEBI SAHARA REFUND ACCOUNT, while the Respondents(Sahara Group) had also raised through other schemes a huge voluminous amount of Rs.47,245 crores through Sahara India Credit Coperative Society Ltd, Humara India Credit Coperative Society Ltd.,Saharyan Universal Multi Purpose Cooperative Society Ltd. and the Petitioner as being genuine investor in aforementioned schemes

Patna High Court CWJC No.15947 of 2022 dt.24-11-2022 3/3 prays for refund of maturity value amount along with interest @15%p.a. from escrow account of " SEBI SAHARA REFUND ACCOUNT" till the final order passed by the HON'BLE COURT".

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to take a recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available, in accordance with law.

Liberty as prayed for is granted.

Present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
