The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners received Rs. 5,00,000/- from the complainant for providing job of T.C. in the Railway.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35556 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 petitioners that there is no proof with regard to payment. Moreover, statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that complainant has been cheated by the petitioners by making a false assurance for providing employment and giving forged appointment letter to the complainant. Considering the fact that complainant took the risk of making investment for getting job through an illegal means, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 939 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
