JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order and direction commanding the Respondents to appoint the Wards/Grand Son/ nominated successors of the petitioner on the post of Chowkidar/Dafedar against his respective Post and place of posting.

(ii) To issue further appropriate writ or order/ directing commanding the Respondents to pay all consequential benefits to the designated successor of the petitioner after his appointment.

(iii) This Hon'ble Court may adjudicate and hold that it was the duty of the Respondent authorities to appoint the nominated persons/Son/successors of the petitioner as per his recommendations in terms of the positive recommendations made by the Respondent Circle Officer.

(iv) To award the cost of litigation and suitable compensation to the petitioners for the loss and damages caused to them on

(v) To award any other or relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled the facts and circumstances of the case".

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of two weeks from today before the Respondent No. 3 and the Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.
