The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a complaint case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an ordinary school teacher and has falsely been implicated at the instance of one Kalimullah because the father of the present petitioner had earlier filed a complaint case bearing complaint case No. 1281 of 2009. It is submitted that the allegation that the petitioner was given rupees fifty thousand is also false and fictitious and the same has not been supported by any document. Considering abovementioned fact and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2811 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
