20-03-2015 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ashwani Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Parmanand Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
It has been specifically stated that the petitioner no. 1 is wife of brother of the husband of the informant (Gotini) and the petitioner no. 2 is brother of husband of informant (Bhaisur).

In view of nature of accusation, in the event of arrest/surrender of both the aforesaid petitioners namely Bibi Majada Khatoon @ Majada Kahtoon and Md. Razak @ Munna within a period of eight weeks from today, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Birpur, District Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
