JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 In view of the order dated 19.05.2000 passed by the Division Bench in LPA No. 147 of 1997, the petitioner as well as the intervenor may approach the University for payment of admissible dues prior to the date of dismissal of the husband of the petitioner and the intervenor.
In the event any amount is payable to the husband of the petitioner and intervenor, the University will ensure payment in terms of Annexure-5 to the petitioner and intervenor. In the event the University does not find any substance in the claim of the petitioner, then the respondent University shall pass appropriate order rejecting the claim.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16185 of 2014(6) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 Necessary decision with all consequential benefits shall be taken by the University within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
