JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against him and it is stated in the first information report that it was co-accused, Sadanand Yadav, who started raining lathi on the deceased whereas rest accused including the petitioner assaulted the deceased with fists and slaps. Moreover, co-accused, Dayanand Yadav and Ram Swaroop Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
