Mr S D Yadav, AAG IX with Mr Nagendra Kumar, AC to AAG IX ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the contractual appointment of the petitioner as Panchayat Rozgar Sewak at Gram Panchayat - Lakhna, Block - Kasba in the district of Purnea has been terminated since he violated the terms and conditions of the agreement. He further submitted that the petitioner has not discharged his responsibilities under the provisions of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 and for such violation, contractual engagement of the petitioner has been terminated. He again submits that resort to the instant proceeding is misconceived inasmuch as for such contractual service, alternative remedy is available. Since, none appears on behalf of the petitioner,
