The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2020, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of three cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleges that Mukesh and Nakshatra fired separately causing two injuries on his hand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation of firing is attributed against the petitioner also but no injury is alleged to have been caused by his firing.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70892 of 2021(2) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2020, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 480 of 2018 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Shivshankar Yadav @ Boot Yadav.
