The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was killed after four years of marriage. It is further alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner used to quarrel with the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific against the petitioner. The postmortem reflects no external injury and the cause of death has not been ascertained, moreover, the visceral has been kept

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32753 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 reserved. The other co-accused Manju Devi has been granted regular bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.23396 of 2015. The aforesaid facts may constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.248 of 2014, pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
