The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/8/12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has stated that she of her own sweetwill left her house and went along with the petitioner to Danapur where she solemnized marriage with him. She has not alleged any forceful sexual assault against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2022. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
