JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for cancellation of bail of O.P.No.2 which was allowed vide order dated 17.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1501/17.
Submission is that after release on bail opposite party no.2 is giving threatening to the petitioner to withdraw the case, otherwise be ready for dire consequence and to this effect an application has been filed on 24.01.2017 in the Police Station Danapur.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11497 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 case, I find no substance to consider the prayer for cancellation of bail granted to the O.P.No.2.
The present petition is dismissed.
