JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to provide desired information relating to Panchayat Teachers appointment year 2005 such as application merit list appointment

under Mangrahiya Panchayat under Block- Paroo, DistrictMuzaffarpur. (ii)To direct the respondents to provide abovementioned information sought by the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005.
(iii)To direct the concerned respondents to take appropriate action as well as disciplinary action to those who have deliberately and knowingly did not provide information to the petitioner and on the pretext of taking over making over charges."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
