JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016, registered under Sections 323, 341, 325, 307, 354, 448, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that 11 persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, came at the door of the informant Kanti Devi and started to abuse her. On protest, this petitioner gave iron rod blow at the head of the informant causing blood oozing injury at her head and also torn the blouse of the informant. In the meantime, the assailants also snatched golden chain from the neck of the informant worth of Rs. 25000/- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7354 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 occurrence took place due to land dispute. Moreover, the injury as found on the person of the informant is simple in nature. Further submission is that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 21.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.
