2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons in the name of providing job to the informant took his signature on several papers, Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, thumb impression and bank documents and thus, played fraud with informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As per F.I.R., incident took place in the year 2018 and F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of six years which itself creates doubt over veracity of prosecution case. There is no allegation that this

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Navinagar P. S. Case No. 125 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
