The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2014 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been remanded in connection with the present case on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused persons. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have been extended the privilege of regular
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38936 of 2014 (3) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 bail, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the bail application.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
