The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2021 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has been transpired merely on the statement of co-accused namely Sonalal Sah. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60585 of 2022(2) dt.17-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
