The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of illicit liquor from a Bolero vehicle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no concern with the seized liquor and the vehicle and no any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner as well as petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot and petitioner has clean antecedent.
