JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 26-06-2018 Challenging the Press Communique issued by respondent no. 6 bearing No. PR 72/2018 informing all concerned including the Principals of Constituent Degree Colleges and Non-Constituent Degree Colleges that the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna has taken a decision for admission in graduate classes through Online Facilitation System for students software, this writ petition has been filed by way of Public Interest Litigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10200 of 2018(2) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 argue that the said decision is arbitrary and the right of the colleges cannot be taken away. However, it is the case of the respondent that a decision has been taken to rule out illegality in the process of appointment by permitting admission through the aforesaid Online System of the Board.

Keeping in view the nature of the decision taken and the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter in a Public Interest Litigation. The writ petition stands dismissed.
