This application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21488 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 02.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21488 of 2019, the petitioner was ordered to be released in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of he like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S. Case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54087 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 No. 23 of 2019 but the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time frame of this court and prayed to extend for four weeks from today to surrender before the court below. He further submits that inadvertently in the petition, the name of the father of the petitioner was mentioned as "Rai" in place of "Pulish Rai" due to that reason in the cause title of aforesaid order dated 02.08.2019, the name of father of petitioner has been typed as "Rai" in place of "Pulish Rai" In view of the above submission, the order dated 02.08.2019 is modified to the extent that the name of father of petitioner be read as "Pulish Rai" in place of "Rai" in cause title and the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 be extended for four weeks from today.
