Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:

"That this writ petition is being filed for a direction by this Hon'ble Court against the respondents no. 4, 5 and 6 by this

Patna High Court CWJC No.17508 of 2011(4) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Hon'ble Court to reconstruct the residential house of this petitioner which has been demolished illegally and forcefully in collusion with each other by taking the law in their hands and deprived of the right to property of lands over which residential houses of the petitioner was existing wherein this poor harizen lady was residing since long having valid right, title and possession, under the following facts and circumstances of this case."

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to prefer a suit before the competent Court for the redressal of her grievance(s). With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
