ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 27.05.2014 passed by the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif by which it has observed that the claim of the Opposite Party No. 4 is bona fide but the claim of the Petitioner is mala fide and therefore he was noticed with regard to the land in question under Section 144 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 436(M) of 2014.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed. However, any rightful observation made against the Petitioner shall stand maintained. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
