JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Atari, Gaya i.e. the Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the pending Encroachment Case Nos. 1/2020 and 3/2021-2022.

The learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that in case, the aforesaid encroachment cases are pending disposal at the end of the Circle Officer, Atari, Gaya, the same would definitely be disposed of within a stipulated time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20841 of 2021(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the aforesaid encroachment proceedings by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
