2. In fact, petitioner has not complied the direction of this Court in submission of representation within a period

Patna High Court MJC No.2082 of 2022(5) dt.30-01-2024 2/2 of four weeks from 20.02.2020. On the other hand, petitioner is stated to have submitted the representation on 09.07.2022. Be that as it may, certain development is stated to have been taken in respect of the certain correspondence among the official - respondents.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as there is no Contempt of Court petition has been made out by the petitioner. Disposal of the present petition would not be a hurdle for the petitioner to file a fresh representation in the light of later development in accordance with law.
