Learned counsel for the respondents - Managing Director, The Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. on instructions submitted that grievance of the petitioner is stated to have become infructuous in the light of later development as stated in Para 15 of the counter affidavit. Para 15 reads as under:-
Patna High Court CWJC No.13562 of 2016(7) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 "That the petitioner has completed his tenure of work as per the agreement which is evident from Memo No. 456 dated 10.04.2017 and after having completed his tenure of work, has also obtained bank guarantee deposited with respect to the tender work in question without any grievances. Return of bank guarantee to the petitioner is exhibit vide Letter No. 827 dated 21.01.19. By this fact the present writ petition becomes infructuous."
